The company's third new product in 2017----all-plastic snow brush

Anhui Ward Brush Industry Co., Ltd. has newly developed a fully automatic plastic inner ring sweeping brush production line, which requires only 2 people to operate, and produces 1,600 snow sweeping brushes per day. The brush is made of high-strength imported raw materials, high-wear-resistant plastic brush wire produced by turbocharged special drawing process, and the inner ring is made of PP material imported from Germany. Features of all-plastic snow brushes: 1. Durable, wear time is 160-210 man-hours, 3.4 times that of ordinary domestic snow brushes containing steel wire; 2. One-time molding, the brush wire is integrated with the inner ring, and there is no brush wire falling off and lodging. Problems; 3. Weather resistance, this product will not deform or brittle fracture at 80 degrees Celsius - minus 45 degrees Celsius.
