The transmission structure of the high-speed toothbrush tufting machine is composed of the main drive shaft and four servo drive shaft systems. The four servo axes are horizontal X axis, vertical Y axis, moulting Z axis and rotation A axis. The XY two-axis coordinates determine the position of the toothbrush hole, the A-axis plays the role of changing to the next toothbrush, and the Z-axis plays the role of changing the hair color of the toothbrush.
When the main shaft motor (controlled by frequency converter) is running, the four electronically controlled servo axes will run accordingly, and when the main shaft stops, the other four axes will stop accordingly. The speed of the main shaft determines the speed of the hair planting, and the four servo axes respond to the requirements of coordinated drive, otherwise there will be hair removal or uneven hair.
In order to avoid the above problems, the editor believes that the following problems should be paid attention to when operating the high-speed tufting machine:
1. When the machine is started, please do not open the right side door of the fuselage to avoid clothing and other objects being drawn into the belt.
2. Do not reach into the machine when it is started.
3. Do not drop other objects such as tools or brush handles into the running machine to avoid damage to the parts caused by the impact of the tufting head or the hooking knife.
4. If the parts are worn, please replace them as soon as possible to avoid common damage to other parts or produce poor-quality finished products.
5. Pay attention to the cleaning, maintenance and lubrication of the machine.
6. Fuel tank plus clean 46—48# hydraulic oil.
7. The oil cup of the air intake filter pressure regulating valve should be filled with mist oil of the air valve.
In addition, the working process of the high-speed tufting machine is as follows:
Action process: the clip clamps the toothbrush handle from the Y-axis direction→The clip is positioned at 90 degrees to the Z-axis direction→The platform drives the clip to do X, Y axis movement so that the bristles can be punched into the pores of the toothbrush head→After the hair planting is completed, the clip is rotated 90 degrees downward→The clip is released, and a toothbrush is finished. Applying our company's (Xinjie) XDM series plc and DS5 servo system can achieve a hair planting speed of 900 times/min. And at the same time of high-speed start and stop, the smoothness and softness of the overall movement are particularly prominent. Through the application of the self-made pulse S curve in the PLC, the hole-jumping and wool planting can be achieved. When the hole-jumping is performed, the accuracy of the hole-jumping is guaranteed, and the machine is basically as stable as usual without obvious jitter.
