2. Key issues in system design

General CNC system configuration determination Due to our company's research and development of high-speed cam machinery, familiarity with equipment and action principles combined with the company's own automation control technology level, we confirmed that the use of general CNC systems with high-performance servo drive equipment can achieve The control requirements of the intelligent high-speed tufting machine, coupled with the stability, reliability and anti-interference of the general-purpose numerical control system, can fully meet the process requirements.

Before the configuration is determined, we have listed in detail the technical requirements of the high-speed tufting machine for the system:

(1) High-speed and high-precision positioning requirements of 1000 times in 1.5 minutes for 2 axes, each positioning action including acceleration and deceleration time shall not exceed 48MS; positioning accuracy error shall be less than 0.005MM;

(2) Judgment of up to 4 kinds of output signals during the positioning action without delay output

(3) Logical fast stop, when the main shaft frequency conversion motor fails, the stop from 1000RPM does not exceed 2 revolutions at most, which is twice as fast as the mechanical brake speed

(4) Rapid response of the detection element (>5000HZ)

(5) System reliability, stability and operational versatility

The best combination of the stability and reliability of the general CNC system and the high-speed response servo drive equipment is applied to the toothbrush hair planting machine, which increases the production speed of the original single-chip microcomputer by nearly 3 times, and fully improves the production efficiency.
