Maintenance frequency of tufting machine/high speed tufting machine

1. Purpose:

In order to ensure the normal operation of the machine and reduce the occurrence of failures. Maintain the high performance, service life, safe operation of the machine and shorten the downtime caused by failure. Carry out regular maintenance work on the machine.

2. Maintenance frequency and maintenance items:

Maintenance is divided into daily, monthly, quarterly and annual. Part of the maintenance is carried out when the machine is adjusted and the mold is changed.

daily check

1. Clean the bristle dust inside the front and rear bases of the tufting machine;

2. Clean the oil and dirt of the whole base of the tufting machine;

3. Clean the surface of the equipment;

4. Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the cam;

5. Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the ring head of the supporting hair knife, the connecting rod bearing of the eccentric wheel and the connecting bearing of the large needle bar;

6. Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to each wire diameter track of the computer machine;

7. Check whether the hair transplanting needle is in good condition and repair and replace it;

8. Check whether the electric eye (send copper electric eye hair planting electric eye) is sensitive and overhaul;

monthly check

1 Check whether the lubrication system supply of the machine is normal and whether there is oil leakage and overhaul;

2 Check whether the air pipe of the machine is leaking and repair it;

3 Check whether the clamp spring is in good condition and overhaul;

4 Check and overhaul the copper feeding mechanism;

5 Check whether the switch button on the panel is normal;

6 Overhaul the radiator and filter screen of the electrical box;

quarterly inspection

1. Check whether the cam rollers are running well and overhaul them;

2. Check whether the 90-degree positioning cylinder and positioning guide column are in good condition and overhaul;

3. Check whether the hair planting cam, copper feeding cam, copper cutting cam and each bearing are in good condition and overhaul;

4. Check whether the rocker slider is worn or loose; adjust or replace it if abnormal;

5. Check whether the hair-planting head (large needle bar) is loose or locked;

6. Check whether the first rod of the connecting rod ring of the support hair knife and the bearing of the eccentric wheel are in good condition; if it is abnormal, adjust or replace it;

annual inspection

1. Check whether the turbine and worm are worn and loose, and adjust and replace them;

2. Check whether the guide post and bearing of the planting platform (machine head) are loose; adjust or replace if abnormal

3. Check whether the wires of the electric cabinet are scattered and sort them out;

3. Requirements and methods for daily maintenance of tufting machine:

3.1 Cleaning, maintenance and inspection of the tufting machine;

(1) Clean the bristles of the tufting machine base with a broom every shift;

(2) Clean the front and rear machine bases with a rag every shift;

(3) When planting aluminum wire, it is necessary to clean the hair planting head and copper cutting knife every 4 hours.

3.2 Lubrication maintenance and inspection of tufting machine:

(1) Cam lubrication: add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil with a small oil tank;

(2) Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the small oil tank used for the ring head of the tumbler, the eccentric wheel connecting rod bearing, and the large needle bar connecting bearing;

(3) Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to each wire diameter track of the computer machine;

3.3 Maintenance and inspection of hair transplanting needles:

(1) Loosen the hook seat screw with the open-ended wrench button screw after stopping the machine;

(2) Take out the hook needle and take out the hair transplanting needle;

(3) Check whether the hair-planting needle is bent, whether the hair-planting head is flat or missing corners;

(4) Replace the hair transplanting needle with a new one.

3.4 Electric eye maintenance and inspection:

(1) Check whether the induction electric eye parts of each tufting machine are missing;

(2) Whether the warning light of the induction electric eye is in working condition: on;

(3) Check the sensitivity of the induction electric eye. When the hair planting is in an abnormal state, whether it can sense the warning and stop the machine if it fails;

(4) Check the induction electric eye once a day;

3.5 Maintenance and inspection of copper feeding mechanism:

(1) Check whether the elasticity of the anti-slip shrapnel is fatigued; lightly press the shrapnel with your hand to test whether it rebounds;

(2) The anti-slip block is worn, try to pass the copper wire through the anti-slip block, pull the copper wire backwards hard, and check whether the copper wire can be pulled back; if the copper wire can be pulled back, it needs to be repaired and replaced in time;

(3) Copper clamping device, try the copper wire through the copper clamping upper and lower clamping blocks, hand flywheel, exit the hair planting head, adjust the copper clamping device, pull the copper wire back hard, check whether the copper wire can be pulled back; if the copper The wire can be pulled backwards and needs to be repaired and replaced in time;
