1. Purpose:

2. Maintenance frequency and maintenance items:

Maintenance is divided into daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Part of the maintenance is carried out when the machine is adjusted and the die is changed.

Daily inspection

1. Clean the bristles and dust inside the front and rear base of the tufting machine;

2. Clean the entire base of the tufting machine with oil and dirt;

3. Clean the surface of the equipment;

4. Add a small amount of 68# lubricant to the cam;

5. Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the ring head of the supporting hair cutter, the bearing of the eccentric wheel connecting rod and the large needle bar;

6. Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil;

7. Check whether the hair transplanting needle is in good condition and repair and replace it;

1 Check whether the lubrication system supply of the machine is normal and whether there is oil leakage and repair;

5 Check whether the switch button on the panel is normal;

6 Overhaul the radiator and filter of the electrical box;

Check every quarter

1. Check whether each cam roller is running well and overhaul it;

2. Check that the 90-degree positioning cylinder and positioning guide post are in good condition and overhaul it;

3. Check whether the tufting cam, copper feeding cam, copper cutting cam and each bearing are in good condition and overhaul;

4. Check whether the rocker arm slider is worn or loose; adjust or replace if it is abnormal;

5. Check whether the tufting head (large needle bar) is loose or jammed;

6. Check whether the link head rod and eccentric wheel bearing of the tufting cutter are in good condition; adjust or Replace;

Inspect every year

1. Check whether the turbine and worm are worn or loose and adjust Replace;

2. Check whether the tufting platform (handle head) guide post and bearing are loose; adjust or replace when abnormal

3. Daily maintenance requirements and methods of the tufting machine:

3.1 Cleaning, maintenance and inspection of the tufting machine;

(1) Clean with a broom every shift Brush the hair transplanting machine base;

(2) Clean the front and back machine bases with a rag every shift;

(3) Clean the hair transplanting head and the copper cutter every 4 hours when transplanting aluminum wire .

3.2 Lubrication maintenance and inspection of tufting machine:

3.3 Maintenance and inspection of hair transplanting needles:

(3) Check whether the tufting needle is bent and whether the tufting head is flat or missing corners;

3.4 Maintenance and inspection of electric eye:

3.5 Maintenance and inspection of the copper delivery mechanism:
