Daily check:

1. Clean the bristle dust in the front and rear bases of the tufting machine;

2. Remove the oil and dirt on the front and rear of the tufting machine base;

3. Clean the surface of the equipment;

4. Drop a small amount of 68 lubricating oil on the cam;

5. Drop a small amount of 68 lubricating oil on the head of the hair removal knife ring, the eccentric wheel connecting rod bearing and the large needle bar connecting bearing;

6. Drop a small amount of 68 lubricating oil on each wire diameter track of the computer machine;

7. Check whether the wool needle is in good condition and repair and replace it;

8. Check whether the electric eye is sensitive and overhaul;

Check quarterly:

1. Check whether the cam rollers are running well and overhaul them;

2. Check whether the 90-degree positioning cylinder and positioning guide column are in good condition and overhaul;

3. Check whether the straight hair cam, copper feeding cam, copper cutting cam and each bearing are in good condition and overhaul;

4. Check whether the slider of the rocker arm is loose; if abnormal, adjust or replace it;

5. Check whether the hair planting head is loose or clamped;

6. Check whether the first rod of the connecting rod ring and the bearing of the eccentric wheel are in good condition, and adjust or replace them if they are abnormal
