Iodine is a way to help strengthen nails.
Pharmacists from all over the world may whisper my name under their breath, but here are: with cotton swabs or clean nails --
Polish brushes are only applied on the tip and underside of clean nails.
If you apply nail polish, put white iodine on the lower side.
Do only one week a day, and then do it once a week.
Don\'t go too far
It makes the nails brittle.
Too many times can make things worse.
Avoid contact with hydrogen peroxide;
The nails turn yellow/orange.
Wear rubber gloves when cleaning, which is better for your nails and hands anyway.
