1. The voltage stabilizer outputs 200 volts AC to a 100 kV transformer. One end of the transformer is grounded, and the other end is connected to the screen inside the wooden box.

2. Put the bucket filled with the mixed glue into the mixing bucket, tighten the lid of the bucket, connect the air source and the spray gun, then turn on the air source, and shill the electric fan blade in the mixing bucket to put the glue Stir well.

3. Put the rubber parts that need to be wool-planted into the glue mold, then put them into the suction box, open the spray box, spray a lot of glue on the glue parts, and then put the glue parts out of the glue mold Take it out and put it on the pendant wooden stick.

4. Put the wooden stick into the hair planting box, step on the switch, and connect the power supply, so that the screen will absorb the fluff under the high voltage of static electricity. Then turn the part that needs to be planted downwards, and keep swinging against the fluff, so that the fluff inside can be evened out in a short period of time, and the glue parts can be fully absorbed.

5. Put the wool-planted rubber parts and wooden sticks into the furnace, and dry the glue.

6. Take out the wooden stick from the furnace, and then take out the plastic part from the wooden stick and put it away. After the plastic part cools down to normal temperature, start to clean the surface of the flocking.

Precautions for hair transplanting:

1. Lubricating oil should be added to each moving part of the tufting machine in each shift to reduce mechanical wear.

2. Regularly check whether the screws are loose and should be locked in time.

3. Keep the guide rail and screw rod clean to avoid debris adhering to the guide rail or screw rod, which will affect the positioning accuracy.

4. Ensure that the electric box is in a ventilated environment, avoid a humid or high temperature environment, and prevent the electric box from violent vibration.

5. The electrical box cannot be placed in a strong electromagnetic field environment, otherwise uncontrolled situations may occur.

6. The input power wiring must be correct (red, blue, and yellow wires are respectively connected to 380V three-phase wires, green wires are connected to neutral wires, and yellow-green interphase wires are ground wires). Pin numbers: 1, 2, 3 are 380V phase wires, 4 Zero wire, 5 ground wire. The voltage should be stable and kept at AC380+-10V. Excessive voltage may cause electronic components to burn out.

7. It is forbidden to hit the touch screen with hard objects, otherwise it will reduce the sensitivity and even break the glass screen.

8. It is forbidden to pull the cable too hard.

9. There is high voltage in the electrical box. When a fault occurs, non-professionals should not disassemble it to prevent electric shock or even destroy system data.
