Although the resonance problem is solved, the system response bandwidth and phase boundary are also reduced, and the system will become more unstable. If the resonance frequency can be known, the band rejection filter can directly eliminate the resonance. Usually knowing how much resonance suppression is, the effect of using a band rejection filter will be better than a low pass filter, but if the resonance frequency will drift with time or other factors, and if the drift is too far, then it is not suitable to use a band rejection filter . The problem caused by the operation of the U-axis of the equipment in this project is that the resonance point is floating. The effect of using the P2-25 low-pass filter is better, and its parameters are set to a large value. In addition, the position accuracy of this axis is not too high, so the problem is solved. .
