1. Maintenance frequency and maintenance items: maintenance is divided into daily, monthly, quarterly and annual. Part of the maintenance is carried out when the machine is adjusted and the mold is changed.

Daily check:

1. Clean the brush dust inside the front and rear bases of the hair planting machine;

2. Clean the oil and dirt of the whole base of the hair planting machine;

3. Clean the surface of the equipment;

4. Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the cam;

5. Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the ring head of the hair-supporting knife, connecting the bearing of the eccentric wheel and the large needle bar;

6. Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to each wire diameter track of the computer;

7. Check whether the hair-planting needle is worn and repaired and replaced;

Monthly check:

1 Check whether the supply of the machine's lubrication system is normal and whether there is oil leakage and repair it;

2 Check whether the air pipe of the machine is leaking and repair it;

3 Check whether the clamp spring is weak and repair it;

4 Check the copper delivery arrangement and repair;

5 Check whether the panel switch button is normal;

6 Repair the radiator and filter screen of the electrical box;

Quarterly inspections:

1. Check whether each cam bearing is shaken and repaired;

2. Check whether the 90-degree indexing plate and positioning guide post are too worn and repaired;

3. Check whether the hair-planting cam, copper-sending cam, copper-cutting cam and each bearing have excessive clearance and repair it;

4. Check whether the rocker arm slider is worn or loose; adjust or replace it when it is abnormal;

5. Check whether the hair-planting head (large needle bar) is loose or locked;

6. Check whether the bearing of the connecting rod ring and the eccentric wheel of the bristle knife is in good condition; adjust or replace it when it is abnormal;

Check annually:

1. Check whether the turbine and worm are worn and loose and adjust and replace;

2. Check whether the guide post and bearing of the flocking path (machine head) are loose; adjust or replace when abnormal

3. Check whether the electrical cabinet box wires are scattered and clean up;
