2. It is recommended to use 800 mesh (80 mesh) plate making and screen printing: pay attention to the time between the next printing of the flocking (fleece) pulp and the flocking operation, and there must be no interval of 1 minute. The number of printings depends on the relevant fabric. time and other factors.

3. The cloth is naturally dry and can be washed at 60°C after 24 hours. If the customer requires strict quality, it must be baked at 160°C for 10-60 seconds. Of course, the baking temperature and time are also the same. It needs to be adjusted according to the relevant fabrics, requirements, etc.
4. The final process of fabric hair planting is to clear the tail process. After using the wool suction machine to absorb the hair, stick the residual part of the fabric with adhesive tape and ship the finished product.
