1. Purpose: In order to ensure the normal operation of the hair planting machine and reduce the occurrence of failures. Maintain high machine performance, longevity, safe operation and reduce downtime due to failures. Carry out regular maintenance work on the machine.

2. Maintenance frequency and maintenance items:

Maintenance is divided into daily, monthly, quarterly and annual. Part of the maintenance is carried out when the machine is adjusted and the mold is changed.

Daily check:

1. Clean the bristle dust inside the front and rear bases of the hair planting machine;

2. Clean the oil and dirt of the whole base of the hair planting machine;

3. Clean the surface of the equipment;

4. Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the cam;

5. Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the ring head of the hair-supporting knife, connecting the bearing of the eccentric wheel and the large needle bar;

6. Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to each wire diameter track of the computer;

7. Check whether the hair-planting needle is in good condition and repair and replace it;

8. Check whether the electric eye (send copper electric eye to plant hair electric eye) is sensitive and repair it;

Monthly check:

1 Check whether the supply of the machine's lubrication system is normal and whether there is oil leakage and repair it;

2. Check whether the air pipe of the machine is leaking and repair it;

3 Check whether the clamp spring is in good condition and overhaul;

4 Check and overhaul the copper feeding mechanism;

5 Check whether the panel switch button is normal;

6. Overhaul the radiator and filter screen of the electrical box;

quarterly inspection

1. Check whether each cam roller is running well and overhaul it;

2. Check that the 90-degree positioning cylinder and positioning guide post are in good condition and overhaul;

3. Check whether the hair planting cam, copper feeding cam, copper cutting cam and each bearing are in good condition and overhaul;

4. Check whether the rocker arm slider is worn or loose; adjust or replace it when abnormal;

5. Check whether the hair-planting head (large needle bar) is loose or clamped;

6. Check whether the bearing of the connecting rod ring and eccentric wheel is in good condition; adjust or replace it when abnormal;

Check annually

1. Check whether the turbine and worm are worn and loose and adjust and replace;

2. Check whether the guide post and bearing of the hair planting platform (machine head) are loose; adjust or replace if abnormal

3. Check whether the wires in the electrical cabinet are scattered and tidy up;

3. Daily maintenance requirements and methods of hair planting machine:

3.1 Cleaning, maintenance and inspection of the hair planting machine;

(1) Use a broom to clean the bristles of the hair planting machine base every shift;

(2) Clean the front and rear machine bases with a rag every shift;

(3) The hair-planting head and the copper-cutting knife should be cleaned every 4 hours when planting the aluminum wire.

3.2 Lubrication, maintenance and inspection of the hair planting machine:

(1) Cam lubrication: add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to a small oil tank;

(2) Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the ring head of the hair-supporting knife, the eccentric wheel connecting rod bearing, and the small oil tank used for connecting the large needle bar to the bearing;

(3) Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to each wire diameter track of the computer;

3.3 Maintenance and inspection of hair planting needles:

(1) Use the open-end wrench button screw to loosen the hook seat screw after stopping;

(2) Take out the hook needle and take out the hair planting needle;

(3) Check whether the hair-planting needle is bent and whether the hair-planting head is flat or missing corners;

(4) Replace the needle with a new one.

3.4 Electric eye maintenance and inspection:

(1) Check whether the induction electric eye part of each hair planting machine is missing;

(2) Whether the warning light of the induction electric eye is in working state: bright;

(3) Check the sensitivity of the induction electric eye, when the hair planting is in an abnormal state, whether it can sense a warning and the machine will stop due to failure;

(4) Check the induction electric eye once a day;

3.5 Maintenance and inspection of copper sending mechanism:

(1) Check whether the elasticity of the anti-skid shrapnel is fatigued; lightly press the shrapnel by hand to test whether it rebounds;

(2) The anti-skid block is worn, try to wear the copper wire through the anti-skid block, pull the copper wire back with force, and check whether the copper wire can be pulled back; if the copper wire can be pulled back, it needs to be repaired and replaced in time;

(3) The copper clamping device, try on the copper wire through the upper and lower copper clamping blocks, crank the flywheel by hand, withdraw the hair-planting head, adjust the copper clamping device, pull the copper wire back with force, and check whether the copper wire can be pulled backward; The wire can be pulled back and needs to be repaired and replaced in time.
