It is replacing traditional embroidery and screen printing, and the cost and effect are much lower and better than general embroidery and multi-color screen printing.

Daily maintenance and maintenance of heat press equipment:

1. Pressure: If the pressure is not enough or too high, adjust the pressure screw (located at the bottom of the aluminum plate), clockwise to increase the pressure, and counterclockwise to decrease the pressure.

2. Time: When the hot stamping time arrives and the buzzer does not ring or keeps ringing, it is necessary to check whether the contact point of the micro switch in the tail box is appropriate. If it is not suitable, it must be adjusted to an appropriate position.

3. Temperature: Preheat for about 15 minutes. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the heating indicator will be off, and hot stamping can be started; if the heating plate does not heat up for a few minutes, please check the circuit.

Slow roasting: place the objects to be hot stamped, press down the pressure handle, turn on the power switch, the temperature starts to rise, when the temperature rises to the initial temperature, the buzzer emits a short sound, press the execution key once, Until the buzzer emits a long sound, press the execute button again to end the hot stamping. Take out the object, and the temperature will automatically gradually return to the initial temperature, and it will be in a fast-baking standby state.

Quick roasting: At the initial temperature, place the object, press down the pressure handle, take out the object, the temperature will gradually return to the initial temperature, and it will be in the quick roasting standby state again.

At a temperature lower than the initial temperature, pressing the execution key without waiting for the temperature to rise to the initial temperature can complete the entire hot stamping process, but when the temperature rises past the initial temperature value, it will no longer pause and beep.

When the temperature and time reach the set value, the machine will enter into an automatic constant temperature state, the countdown is over, the buzzer will sound, then pull the direct pressure handle outwards, take out the substrate (please take it carefully to avoid burns) and tear off the backing paper , the operation is completed (tear the paper, please pay attention to the way of tearing the paper, there are cold tearing and hot tearing)

Note: The heating pad of the roasting cup machine cannot be empty, but try to avoid the height of the roasting cup body as far as possible.

For cups that are lower than the width of the baking coaster, do not only place a small portion of the cup
