Brush rollers are often used for steel plate cleaning. Steel plate cleaning can remove stains and embroidery on the surface of the steel plate, allowing the steel plate to be reused and extending its service life. When people use the brush roller to clean the steel plate, sometimes they will find one or the other problems. Therefore, when using the brush roller, you need to pay attention to the following major items: 　　 1) First, the brush roller must be adjusted before leaving the factory. Cleaning and packaging, because a lot of broken hairs will be produced during the process of planting and flat hair, so the brush filaments should be combed before packaging, and the broken hairs should be cleaned up.　　2) During the transportation from the manufacturer to the user, in order to prevent debris and dust from infiltrating the brush filaments, packaging materials such as boxes and bags should be used for packaging to prevent damage to the brush roller.　　3) Before reaching the manufacturer, be careful not to expose the brush filaments directly (without any packaging), and place them on the ground or in other polluted environments.　　4) Put a cushion on the shaft head of the brush roller to keep the brush wire upright and clean.
