Flocking process processing
The flocking process is one of the earliest processing processes in the brush industry. Most of the brushes and brush rollers produced today are generally processed by the method of flocking, and some brushes are in the base. When the mold is opened, the planting holes are made by itself, which can save the drilling process; but most of the holes need to be drilled before the planting process is carried out. When the machine is used, the drilling is generally performed simultaneously with the planting.
The initial part of the hair transplanting process is drilling, also called drilling. After the drilling is completed, the brush transplanting operation is carried out. The so-called hair transplanting means that the hair-raising knife of the machine takes out the right amount of bristles according to the size of the hole. At the same time, the wire is twisted into an inverted U-shape by the machine. Plant down into the planting pores to complete the planting operation. To put it vividly, planting hair is like using iron wire as a staple, bristles as paper, and brush handle as a bulletin board, then planting hair is the process of nailing paper to the bulletin board with a stapler.
After is completed, trimming operations are required to make the ends of the bristles regular and consistent, so that the finished brushes can exert even force on the work object. Use trimmers to trim each process, and use flat knives and hobs to cut longer bristles; the special-shaped brush wheel uses a special machine to make the ends of the bristles curve, so that the brush and the work have a greater touch area.
