When the brush roller is made, multiple brush wheels can be connected in series. Fixed on the roller shaft together, the brush filament density of the brush made by this process can be the highest, but the disadvantage is that the cost is relatively high, and the efficiency of the production is slow. 4. Injection molding brush: the brush filaments are arranged and placed in a special mold, and then the brush filaments and the brush plate are integrated by injection molding. The advantage of this process is that the bristles have a high binding force because they have been combined with the brush plate.
