1. Horse nail machine tufting brush: the most traditional brush making process, after punching the surface of the brush roller or brush plate, use the horse nail tufting machine to implant the bristles into the brush roller or brush plate in bunches. The brush products made by craftsmanship are the most widely used. First, the cost is lower. As the brush is a consumable product, the cost must be considered. However, the brush roller made of horse tack tufting has several disadvantages: first, the density is not enough, because there must be a certain distance between each hole of punching tufting. If there is a distance, the effect of high density cannot be planted. In some special cases, When the industry requires high-density brush rollers to work, the brush roller of this horse nail machine cannot be used; second, the binding force of the brush wire is not enough. The so-called horse nail hair transplant method uses iron wire to be pressed into a 'U' through a convex groove. ”-Shaped buckle, used to buckle the brush wire and implant it in the punched hole. The “U”-shaped buckle crosses in the hole and goes deep into the hole to be locked firmly, so that the brush wire is combined on the roller shaft, but the pulling force is limited. However, if the brush roller needs to be operated at a high speed in some special industries, this process is not ideal. 2. Spring brush: The brush roller made by the spring brush process solves the problems of high density and strong fastness. When manufacturing, the bristles are pressed into the aluminum or stainless steel strip by a strip brush device. The brush is then wound on a roller, and the two ends are welded firmly by sub-pot welding. In some special industrial production, it is also necessary to make a spring brush with a certain gap, because special effects such as dust exhaust must be considered. 3. Tablet brush: the brush filaments are arranged closely together, and then placed in a specific mold. The steel sheet is used to make a brush wheel one by one through a punching machine. When the brush roller is made, multiple brush wheels can be connected in series. Fixed on the roller shaft together, the brush filament density of the brush made by this process can be the highest, but the disadvantage is that the cost is relatively high, and the production efficiency is slow. 4. Injection molding brush: the brush filaments are arranged and placed in a special mold, and then the brush filaments and the brush plate are integrated by injection molding. The advantage of this process is that the bristles have a high binding force because they have been combined with the brush plate. Integrated, the current sanitation vehicle sweeping brush is made by this process.
