　　Purpose:

　　 To ensure the normal operation of the machine and reduce the occurrence of failures. Maintain the high performance, service life, safe operation of the machine and shorten the downtime caused by failure. Carry out regular maintenance work on the machine.

　　Maintenance frequency and maintenance items:

　　Maintenance is divided into daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual. Part of the maintenance is carried out when the machine is adjusted and the mold is changed.

　　Daily inspection

　　Clean the brush dust in the front and rear base of the tufting machine;

　　 Clean the whole base of the tufting machine with oil and dirt;

　　 clean the surface of the equipment;

　　 add a small amount of 68# lubricant to the cam;

　　 connect the bearing of the eccentric wheel connecting rod and the large needle bar Lin dripped a small amount of 68# lubricant;

　　 dripped a small amount of 68# lubricant on each wire diameter track of the computer;

　　 check whether the tufting needle is in good condition and repair and replace it;

　　Check whether the electric eye (sending copper electric eye and hair transplanting electric eye) is sensitive and overhaul;

　　Monthly check

　　1 Check whether the lubrication system supply of the machine is normal and whether there is oil leakage and overhaul;

　　2 Check whether the air pipe of the machine is leaking and overhaul;

　　4 Check and overhaul the copper delivery mechanism;

　　1. Check whether the turbine and worm are worn and loose and adjust and replace;

　　2. Check whether the tufting platform (head) guide post and bearing are loose; Adjust or replace when abnormal

　　3. Check whether the electric cabinet wires are scattered and arrange them;

　　3. Daily maintenance requirements and methods of the tufting machine:

　　3.1 Cleaning, maintenance and inspection of the tufting machine;

　　 (1) Clean the bristles of the tufting machine base with a broom every shift;

　　 (2) Clean the front and rear bases with a rag every shift;< /p>

　　 (3) The hair transplanting head and the copper cutter should be cleaned every 4 hours when transplanting aluminum wire.

　　3.2 Lubrication maintenance and inspection of tufting machine:

　　(1) Cam lubrication: add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil in a small oil tank;

　　 (2 ) Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the ring head of the supporting hair cutter, the bearing of the eccentric wheel connecting rod, and the small oil tank for connecting the large needle bar; Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil;

　　3.3 Hair transplanting needle maintenance and inspection:

　　 (1) After shutting down, use the open-end wrench button screw to loosen the crochet seat screw;

　　 (2) Take out the hook needle and bring out the tufting needle;

　　 (3) Check whether the tufting needle is bent and whether the tufting head is flat or missing corners;

　　 (4) Replace New hair transplanting needles.

　　3.4 Maintenance and inspection of electric eye:

　　 (1) Check whether the induction electric eye part of each hair transplanter is missing;

　　 (2) Warning of induction electric eye Whether the light is in working state: on;

　　 (3) Check the sensitivity of the induction sensor, when the hair transplant is in an abnormal state, whether it can sense a warning, and the machine will stop when the machine fails;

　　(4) Check the induction electric eye once a day;

　　3.5 maintenance and inspection of the copper delivery mechanism:

　　 (1) Check whether the elasticity of the non-slip shrapnel is fatigued; lightly press the shrapnel to test whether it rebounds;< /p>

　　 (2) The anti-skid block is worn, try on the copper wire through the anti-skid block, pull the copper wire backwards forcefully, and check whether the copper wire can be pulled back; if the copper wire can be pulled back, it needs to be repaired and replaced in time ;

　　 (3) Copper clamping device, try on the copper wire and clamp the copper upper and lower clamping blocks, crank the flywheel, exit the tufting head, adjust the copper clamping device, pull the copper wire backwards, check the copper wire Whether it can be pulled back; if the copper wire can be pulled back, it needs to be repaired and replaced in time.
