The main drive shaft and four servo drive shaft systems constitute the transmission structure of the high-speed toothbrush hair planting machine. The four servo axes are the horizontal X axis, the vertical Y axis, the flap Z axis and the hair changing U axis. The XY two-axis coordinates determine the position of the toothbrush hole, the Z axis plays the role of changing to the next toothbrush, and the U axis plays the role of changing the color of the toothbrush. When the spindle motor is running, the four electronically controlled servo axes follow the movement, and when the main shaft stops, the remaining four axes follow the stop. The rotational speed of the main shaft determines the speed of hair planting, and the four servo axes respond to the requirements of coordinated drive, otherwise hair removal or uneven hair will occur. The application of Delta Dentsu's high-precision electrical servo control can achieve a hair-planting speed of 1,000 times/min, and can also achieve jump-hole hair planting.
