Ball screw pair is a fine, efficient and flexible transmission element. In addition to selecting high-precision screws, nuts and balls, attention should be paid to the selection of bearings with high axial rigidity, small friction torque and high working accuracy. In the past, ball screw support used bidirectional thrust angular touch ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, combined needle and thrust roller bearings, deep groove ball bearings and thrust ball bearings. At present, the most popular single-row thrust angle touch ball bearing with 60° touch angle is used for ball screw support, and the accuracy grade of INA bearing is mainly P4 and above.   The tumbling bearing installed on the general transmission shaft of the tufting machine has the same requirements and selection as general mechanical transmission bearings. It only needs to meet the requirements of strength and life, and the speed does not exceed the specified limit speed of the bearing.   Under normal circumstances, the machine tool bearings we refer to are the machine tool spindle bearings and ball screw bearings of the tufting machine, and the fine machine tool bearings refer to the spindle bearings and screw bearings with an accuracy of P5 and above.
