Industrial brush http://www.mxbrushmachinery.com/ is a common brush product used in industrial production. Due to its wide range of applications, its use environment is also very different, which also leads to the use of industrial brushes. There are also certain standards for the selection of wool. The following editor will explain to you how to correctly select the appropriate wool material of the industrial brush. Generally, the more commonly used wool materials of our industrial brushes are divided into the following 8 categories: 1. Nylon (PA) wool. Nylon wool is divided into PA610 (PA66, PA6), PA612 and PA1010 and many other varieties. There are also differences between them. Among them, PA610 (PA66, PA6) wool has better abrasion resistance and resilience, and has high temperature resistance and acid and alkali resistance. It is more suitable for dust removal and cleaning industrial brush parts, such as vacuum cleaners. Brush strips, brush rollers of road cleaning machines; while nylon 612 or nylon 1010 has better resilience, but its cost is higher. The disadvantage is that the wear resistance is not as good as 610, which is more suitable for cleaning industrial equipment back and forth. Brush strips and dust-proof brushes at the bottom of doors and windows. 2. Polypropylene (PP) wool yarn. The material of this kind of wool is relatively hard and has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, but it has general resilience. It is easy to deform and difficult to recover after long-term high-strength use. Therefore, it is suitable for rougher parts in industrial dust removal and cleaning, such as road sanitation. Sweeper, industrial brush roller and so on. 3. Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) industrial bristle filaments are soft, so their resilience is relatively better than ordinary nylon filaments, but the abrasion resistance is not as good as PA610 , So it is more suitable for cleaning objects with higher protection requirements, such as car surface cleaning, glass porcelain cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and so on. 4. Polyethylene (PE) filaments are softer brush filaments among several types of brush filaments. They are often used in car cleaning brushes. With the addition of a raising process, it is convenient to protect the paint surface of the car. 5. Wool silk made of animal hair. Such as boar bristles, horsetail hair, wool, etc., among which boar bristles are often used for bathing brushes or polishing of valuable objects, such as surface polishing of gems, pianos and other objects. Horse hair and wool are softer than pig bristles, and are easier to remove floating dust. They are often used as dust sweeping parts in high-end household cleaning products. 6. There are usually steel wire and copper wire as the wool of the metal wire. Due to the nature of metal, it has extremely high wear resistance. Its industrial brushes are generally used for polishing and deburring metal surfaces or pipes. 7. The wool yarn made of abrasive wire also has good wear resistance and acid and alkali resistance. The industrial brush made by it is often used for PCB surface treatment, galvanized sheet pickling line, and metal processing and polishing. Used for burrs and other aspects; 8. Sisal brush wire has good toughness, is not easy to deform, high temperature resistance, and grease absorption characteristics. It is often used in pot brushes or high temperature, degreasing working environments. The above are the 8 materials commonly used in industrial brushes. Which material do you use frequently? According to the characteristics of various materials, have you selected the right material for industrial brushes?
