The mechanical system is mainly divided into three parts: machine head, body and fixture.

The machine head is the main mechanical part of the tufting machine. The main actions of the tufting are: picking up the wool, cutting the thread, forming the iron wire, binding the brush wire with the iron wire, and implanting the brush wire into the hole. The machine head realizes the above actions mainly through the connecting rod and cam structure. According to the wool planting method, the machine head is divided into two types: copper (iron plate) machine head and horse nail machine head. According to the hair planting length, the machine head is divided into four sizes: 26H, 36H, 75H, and 150H. According to the color of the hair planting Divided into: single-color, two-color machine head; according to the hair planting speed can be divided into: ordinary machine head and high-speed machine head.



The copper sheet machine head mainly uses a certain length of copper sheet to press the brush wire into the hole, and the copper sheet is inserted into the two walls of the hole to meet the requirement of pulling force. The horse nail machine head forms the iron wire into an inverted“u”Type, tie the brush wire, implant it into the hole, and achieve the locking effect through the deformation and expansion of the wire.

The fuselage is the main structure of the tufting machine, which is used to install the machine head, motor, screw rod, table and fixture. Fixtures are settings for installing processed products, and different fixtures are designed according to different product processes.



Control system: At present, the CNC tufting machines on the market are basically driven by private motors or stepper motors, but the quality of different brands and different types of motors has certain differences, please choose carefully!
