The machine head is the main mechanical part of the tufting machine. The main actions of tufting are: fetching the hair, cutting the thread, forming the wire, binding the wire with the wire, and implanting the wire in the hole. The machine head realizes the above actions mainly through connecting rod and cam structure. The machine head is divided into two types according to the tufting method: copper (iron) type head and horse nail type head. According to the length of tufting, the head is divided into four sizes: 26H, 36H, 75H, and 150H. Divided into: single-color and double-color heads; according to the tufting speed, it can be divided into: ordinary heads and high-speed heads.

The copper sheet head mainly uses a certain length of copper sheet to press the brush wire into the hole, and the copper sheet is inserted into the two walls of the hole to meet the requirements of tension. The horse tack machine head shapes the iron wire into an inverted 'U' shape, binds the brush wire, implants it in the hole, and achieves a locking effect through the deformation and expansion of the iron wire.

The body is the main structure of the tufting machine, which is used to install the head, motor, screw, table, and fixture. Fixtures are used to install processed products. According to different product processes, different fixtures are designed.

Control system: The current CNC tufting machines on the market are basically driven by private motors or stepper motors, but different brands and models of motors have certain quality The difference, please choose carefully!
