1. Keep the guide rail and screw rod clean to prevent debris from adhering to the guide rail or screw rod, and then affect the accuracy of machine positioning.
2. Ensure that the electric box is operated in a ventilated environment, prevent humid or high temperature environments, and prevent the electric box from violent oscillation.
3. It is forbidden to hit the touch screen with hard objects. This will cause the sensitivity of the screen to decrease, and even the glass screen will be broken if it is hit.
4. It is forbidden to pull the cable too strongly.
5. There is high voltage in the electric box. When something goes wrong, non-technical personnel should not disassemble it to prevent electric shock or damage to system data.
6. The operator needs to add lubricating oil on the moving parts of the tufting machine frequently to reduce the abrasion between the machines.
7. The operator should check regularly whether the screw is loose, if it is necessary to lock it in time.
8. The electric box cannot be operated in a strong electromagnetic field, otherwise it may present an uncontrolled situation.
9. The input power wiring must be correct (red, blue, and yellow wires should be connected to 380V three-phase wires separately, green wires should be connected to neutral wires, and yellow and green wires should be grounded), pin numbers: 1, 2, 3 is 380V phase wire, 4 neutral wire, 5 ground wire. The working voltage should be stable and kept at AC380±10V, because if the voltage is too high, it may cause the electronic components to burn.
