a. The voltage stabilizer outputs 200V AC to supply the 100kV transformer. One end of the transformer is grounded, and the other end is connected to the screen inside the wooden box.
b. Put the bucket containing the glue that has been mixed into the mixing bucket, then tighten the lid of the bucket, then connect the air source and the spray gun, then turn on the air source, and first make the electric fan in the mixing bucket remove the glue Stir well.
c. Put the glue parts that need to be processed into the glue mold, then put them into the air extraction box, open the spray box, spray a lot of glue on the glue parts, and then remove the glue parts from the glue mould. Take it out and put it on the pendant stick.
d. Put the wooden stick into the hair planting box, step on the switch, connect the power supply, and make the screen absorb the fluff under the high voltage of static electricity. Then put the part that needs to be planted down, and swing against the fluff, so that the fluff can be averaged over a period of time, and the glue can be fully absorbed.
e. Put the hair-planted glue pieces together with the wooden sticks into the furnace, and dry the glue.
f. Take out the wooden stick from the furnace, and then take out the plastic part from the wooden stick and put it away. After the plastic part is cooled to normal temperature, start to clean the surface of the flocking.
