Read carefully and interpret the drawings provided by the customer. The drawings provided by the customer have specific data and parameter requirements, and only the brush roller made according to the drawings can meet the customer's requirements. However, the data marked on the drawings provided by some customers may be wrong, and there is a gap with the actual production standard. We must promptly feedback information to the customer, and the production and processing can be facilitated after the customer understands it. 2. Strictly grasp the centrifugal force of the brush roller shaft during production. Only the brush shaft with the same centrifugal force is the best brush shaft. Otherwise, once the produced brush roller rotates at a uniform speed, it will sway up and down on the shaft. That kind of brush roller can no longer be used, so it has to be scrapped. Third, the rubber roller injection molding process must also be careful, not only to control the temperature, but also to make the injected plastic and nylon have a purity of 100% and not be contaminated with impurities. When filling plastic, the amount must be controlled well. Only in this way, the brush roller produced will not have bubbles, and is strong and durable. Fourth, after the rubber roller is injection molded, it has to be further processed on a lathe according to the drawings. When processing, the outer diameter and the distance between the two ends of the shaft must be adjusted. 5. For planting eyes and planting hairs, the planting eye diameter and hole depth of the brush roller should be determined according to the wire diameter of the bristles.
