The life span of the hair planting machine needs your help

1. Purpose: To ensure the normal operation of the machine and reduce failures. Maintain the high performance, service life, safe operation of the machine and shorten the downtime caused by failure. Carry out regular maintenance work on the machine. 2. Maintenance frequency and maintenance items: Maintenance is divided into daily, monthly, quarterly and annual. Part of the maintenance is carried out when the machine is adjusted and the mold is changed. Daily inspection 1. Clean the bristles and dust inside the front and rear bases of the tufting machine; 2. Clean the oil and dirt on the whole base of the tufting machine; 3. Clean the surface of the equipment; 4. Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the cam; Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the ring head of the tufting knife, the connecting rod bearing of the eccentric wheel and the large needle bar; 6. Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the track of each wire diameter of the computer machine; 7. Check whether the tufting needle is 8. 2. Check whether the 90-degree positioning cylinder and positioning guide column are in good condition and overhaul; 3. Check whether the hair planting cam, copper feeding cam, copper cutting cam and each bearing are in good condition and overhaul; 4. Check whether the rocker slider is worn and loose; abnormal 5. Check whether the tufting head (big needle bar) is loose or locked; 6. Check whether the head rod of the connecting rod ring of the tufting knife and the bearing of the eccentric wheel are in good condition; adjust or replace it if it is abnormal; check 1 yearly .Check whether the turbine and worm are worn and loose, and adjust and replace them; 2. Check whether the guide posts and bearings of the hair-planting platform (machine head) are loose; adjust or replace them if abnormal. Machine daily maintenance requirements and methods: 3.1 Cleaning, maintenance and inspection of the tufting machine; (1) Clean the bristles of the tufting base with a broom in each shift; (2) Clean the front and rear bases with a rag in each shift; Clean the hair-planting head and copper cutter every 4 hours. 3.2 Lubrication maintenance and inspection of tufting machine: (1) Cam lubrication: use a small oil tank to add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil; Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to the small oil tank; (3) Add a small amount of 68# lubricating oil to each wire diameter track of the computer machine; 3.3 Maintenance and inspection of the hair-planting needle: (1) Use the open-end wrench button screw to loosen the hook after stopping Needle seat screw; (2) Take out the hook needle and take out the hair-planting needle; (3) Check whether the hair-planting needle is bent and whether the hair-planting head is flat or missing; (4) Replace with a new hair-planting needle.

3.4 Maintenance and inspection of electric eyes: (1) Check whether the induction electric eye parts of each hair planting machine are missing; (2) Whether the warning light of the induction electric eye is in working state: bright; (3) Check the sensitivity of the induction electric eye, when the hair planting is abnormal (4) Check the induction electric eye once a day; 3.5 Maintenance and inspection of the copper feeding mechanism: (1) Check whether the elasticity of the anti-skid shrapnel is fatigued; lightly press the shrapnel with your hand to test whether it rebounds; (2) The anti-slip block is worn, try to pass the copper wire through the anti-slip block, pull the copper wire back hard, and check whether the copper wire can be pulled back; if the copper wire can be pulled back, it needs to be repaired and replaced in time; (3) Clamp copper Device, try the copper wire through the upper and lower clamping blocks, hand flywheel, exit the hair planting head, adjust the copper clamping device, pull the copper wire back hard, check whether the copper wire can be pulled back; if the copper wire can be pulled back , need to be repaired and replaced in time.
