by:MX machinery      2022-12-16
The fully automatic computer hair planter is more convenient to use, but many people don't know how to maintain it. MX brushmachinery hair planter company has summarized the following points for your reference, and you can also contact us to add:

1. The operator must often add lubricating oil to the various moving parts of the tufting machine to reduce the wear and tear between the machines.

2. The operator should regularly check whether the screws are loose, and if so, they must be locked in time.

3. Keep the guide rail and screw rod clean at all times to avoid debris adhering to the guide rail or screw rod, which will affect the accuracy of machine positioning.

4. Make sure that the electric box works in a ventilated environment, avoid a humid or high temperature environment, and prevent the electric box from violent vibration.

5. The electric box cannot work in the environment of strong electromagnetic field, otherwise uncontrolled situations may occur.

6. The input power wiring must be correct (red, blue, and yellow wires are respectively connected to 380V three-phase wires, green wires are connected to neutral wires, and yellow-green interphase wires are ground wires). Pin numbers: 1, 2, 3 are 380V phase wires, 4 Zero wire, 5 ground wire. To stabilize the working voltage, it must be kept at AC380±10V, because if you use too high a voltage, it may cause electronic components to burn out.

7. It is forbidden to hit the touch screen with hard objects, which will cause the sensitivity of the screen to decrease, and even hit the glass screen in severe cases.

8. It is forbidden to pull the cable too hard.

9. There is high-voltage electricity in the electric box. When a fault occurs, non-professionals should not disassemble it to prevent electric shock or damage to system data.
