Spring brush (bristle brush roller): 1. The spring brush is to embed the brush wire in the galvanized iron or stainless steel bar and wind it into the shape of a spring by the machine to form a new variety of brush roller. This technology is a new method of introducing foreign brush rollers. 2. The spring brush is divided into inner winding spring brush and outer winding spring brush in appearance as shown in the figure below. 3. The spring brush roller is used on a seamless round shaft to maintain a good density with this winding method. Spot welding on the round shaft to form today's spring brush roller with high density of brush filaments and not easy to lose filaments (also called Winding brush roller)
