The brush roller plays a pivotal role in the production lines of hot-dip galvanizing, pickling, and color coating of the strip. The production process of brush rollers in the iron and steel industry mainly includes spiral winding, internal welding and assembly, and spiral bite brush assembly. The brush wire generally adopts a 0.5-diameter nylon curved wire or an abrasive nylon curved wire. As far as the life cycle is concerned, the bite type brush roller is dominant. It is composed of a single piece of brush sleeve, key, brush roller shaft, and end plate as an integral brush roller assembly form. Nylon bristles are made into a single-piece brush cover. The single-piece brush cover is combined and pressed onto the roller shaft of the brush roller. After being fixed by the key and the end plates at both ends, the outer circumference of the nylon bristles is turned integrally. It has the characteristics of simple structure, reasonable design and long service life, which can increase the number of single brush sleeves installed on the effective length of the brush roller shaft by about 10%, which can fill the bristles with high density and improve the cleaning quality. After the integral brush roller is assembled, the outer circle of the nylon brush roller is overall trimmed and polished to improve the balance of the brush roller and extend the service life. Spring brushes are suitable for glass machinery, textile printing and dyeing machinery, steel industry, automobile industry, pharmaceutical machinery, electronics industry, packaging machinery, printing machinery, household appliances, doors and windows, furniture industry, tobacco machinery, food machinery, beverages, fruits, vegetables, Sanitation and environmental protection, cleaning, dust removal, polishing, sealing, water absorption and high temperature belt conveying of products in industries such as environmental protection and environmental protection.
