The larger the angle of the brush wire swing, the more obvious it is. The test proved that after the 120# and 180# abrasive filaments were folded in half for 30 times, the 120# abrasive filament could see obvious cracks under the microscope, but the 180# did not. Although this double-folding experiment has increased the difference, the reason is the same. The coarser abrasive grains cut the brush filaments more severely during the running of the brush.
