1. During the cleaning process, pay attention to check whether the bolts of each connecting part are loose or missing, whether the quick-connecting dust cap of the hydraulic oil pipe is missing, and whether the supporting parts of the roller brush are missing. If there are damaged parts, list the faulty parts in a table and contact the manufacturer for maintenance. Loose parts need to be tightened in time to avoid greater losses. 3. Fix the support legs in a reasonable position before the roller brush is parked to avoid the bristles from being crushed. 4. Carry out overall maintenance on the roller brush, fill each lubricating point with oil, and apply grease to the surface of the cylinder piston rod to prevent rust. Apply grease to the mechanical connection part to prevent rust. Check the quick-connect joint of the hydraulic oil pipe, apply grease for anti-rust treatment, and install the dust cap in place. 5. The equipment must be stored in the warehouse. There is a lot of rain in summer. The acidic substances in the rain will damage the paint surface of the equipment and may cause corrosion of other parts. 6. For the roller brush, we must also pay attention to: replace the filter element (oil return) every 250 hours or 1 year; replace the oil suction filter every 500 hours or 3 years; check the hydraulic oil level, and replace the hydraulic oil every 1000 hours ( Must be the same type of hydraulic oil).
