This is really a great, clever golf washing machine. IMO! ! ).
Easy to use, clean, store and transport.
No need to install it on anything.
It is rust proof, light weight and very cheap compared to other golf washers.
I hope you will have the same fun of making as using my golf washing machine. 3.
Cut Out 1 \"using cutting pliers \"-
1 \"hole on the metal filter spoon.
Be careful not to dig holes too wide . . . . . . Golf should stand out rather than slip through the hole.
The metal tip is a bit sharp, so use the metal file to smooth the cutting end on the filter. 4.
Trim about L tip from one end of the scrub brush.
The brush should be 6 \"L now.
This will help stabilize the brush in the container.
No need to trim on the other end.
Repeat with a second wash brush. 5.
On the 4 W \"W side of the plastic container (
Not 5 \"W side):6.
Use the Dremel tool to carefully cut four vertical marks to make vertical holes.
Test if the plastic zipper tie has slipped . . . . . . Fine-tune the holes as needed.
It is better to have closer mounting holes.
Note: vertical holes can also be cut using tool knives.
Use a very sharp blade and continue cutting the vertical mark before you break through the plastic.
This method requires a lot of elbow grease and patience but is very effectiveable (
This is the way I made my first prototype before joining the Dremel tool). 7.
By passing the tip of a zip tie through the ratchet end of the second zip tie, the two plastic zip ties are connected together.
Leave about 3 \"L between the end of the ratchet. 8.
From the outside of the container, slide the tip of the second zip tie belt over a hole.
Insert a wash brush inside the container, the cutting end is located at the bottom, centered between the holes.
Then tie the zipper through the brush bristles to another hole on the other side of the brush.
Slide the zipper through the second hole.
Now slide the tip over the ratchet end of the first zip tie belt.
Adjust the two zippers until the wash brush is tight and fixed to the container.
Trim two tips with cutting pliers. 9.
Repeat Steps 7-
8 scrub with a second brush opposite the container. 10.
Fill the dishes with water and a few drops of liquid soap. 11.
Bring dirty golf!
