The machine features 3 clamping stations and works in continuous cycle: the operator manually loads 1 orginal base on 1 free clamping stations, while the other 2 bases are being drilled and filled at the drilling and filling stations.
When the cycle is over, the machine indexes bringing the 1 original base to the drilling station and the drilled base to the filling station, while the operator takes 1 filled brushes off of the machine.
