With the emergence of this phenomenon, one type of customer's direct loss is that the life of the brush roller is shortened, and the other is that the brushing effect is definitely not good when the position of the plate is just at the end of the 'dog bone'! After long-term on-site observation and analysis, our factory found that the main reasons for this phenomenon are as follows: 1. Operation: there is no automatic board placement machine, it will appear when the manual placement of the board is uneven or the board is always placed in the middle. this phenomenon. 2. Configuration of brush roller: The transfer width and brush roller width of some equipment require that the effective length of the brush roller does not exceed the transfer width, which requires special 'cut edge' treatment on the configured brush roller. 3. Equipment: Due to the long-term wear of the back pressure wheel on the equipment, even if the surface of the brush roller is flat, the wear marks still show the phenomenon of 'dog bones'. 4. Process: The long-term irregular brushing will also cause 'dog bones' phenomenon due to the long-term accumulation of incomplete and uniform placement of the board. According to the above causes of the 'dog bones' phenomenon, we suggest to take the following countermeasures to overcome: 1. In terms of operation: try to use the automatic left and right board placement machine, and the board width must be adjusted reasonably. If manual board placement is used, the operator must strictly follow the requirements to place the boards left and right, and stick to the left and right baffles.
