First: The copper wire is easy to bend

2. The copper cutting knife is worn and replaced

3. Improper adjustment of the tufting head and copper cutting knife. Re-adjust it.

3. Foreign matter on the contact surface between the tufting head and the tufting head core is removed and cleared.

4. Improper adjustment of the height of the copper cutting knife Re-adjust the length of the copper wire and shorten the length of the copper wire.

5. The quality of the copper wire is poor, such as bent, too wide or too thick. Replace with a new copper wire

Third: Tufting When the copper wire enters the brush handle at the wrong angle, the copper wire cannot jam the bristles or the copper wire is easy to fall off

1. The size of copper wire refers to the size of copper wire

2. The thread adjustment is too short and long

3. The distance between the tufting head and the brush handle is too large when the hair is transplanted. Adjust the front and back distance

4. The front end of the tufting needle is worn and flat or replaced

5. The front exit piece of the hair transplanting head is worn and replacing the hair transplanting head

Fourth: Insufficient bristles pulling force

1. The copper wire is too short and long

2. The tufting depth is not enough. Adjust the tufting needle and the bristles are not the same length (all). Improper adjustment of the upper and lower positions of the brush hole. Re-adjust the upper and lower positions of the brush handle. Improper adjustment of the height of the bristles. /p>
