The use of roll on is mainly used in the following three parts: main shaft, ball screw and general drive shaft. Spindle bearings are the foundational parts of machine tools, and their performance directly affects the speed, reversal accuracy, rigidity, anti-vibration cutting performance, noise, temperature rise and thermal deformation of the machine tool, and then affects the accuracy and surface quality of the machined parts. . Therefore, high-performance hair transplanter machine tools must be equipped with high-performance bearings. The accuracy of roll bearings is generally divided into five levels: P0, P6, P5, P4 and P2. The accuracy of the bearings used in the spindles of fine machine tools should be P5 and above, and for the spindles of high-speed and high-precision machine tools such as machining centers. For support, ultra-fine bearings of P4 and above are required. Spindle bearings for hair transplanter machine tools generally include six structural types: deep groove ball bearings, angular touch ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, two-way thrust angular touch ball bearings, tapered roller bearings and thrust bearings. Following the rapid development of numerical control technology, 'composite, high-speed, intelligent, precise, and environmentally friendly' has become the primary trend in today's machine tool industry technology development. Meanwhile, high-speed machining can effectively increase the machining power of the machine tool and shorten the machining cycle of the workpiece. This requires machine tool spindles and related parts to be used to high-speed machining. At present, spindle bearings for CNC machine tools are basically limited to four structural types: angular touch ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, two-way thrust angular touch ball bearings and tapered roller bearings. This article comes from Foshan Taifenglai Brush Machine Machinery Factory: www.gd-tfl.com With the development of high-speed CNC machine tool spindles, ceramic materials (mainly Si3N4 engineering ceramics) have low density, high elastic modulus, and thermal expansion coefficient. Excellent performance such as small size, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., and then become the ideal material for the production of high-speed precision bearings. Ceramic bearings are more and more widely used. In view of the difficult processing of ceramic materials, fine ceramic bearings are mostly hybrid ceramic ball bearings whose rolling body is ceramic and the inner and outer rings are still made of chrome steel. Ball screw pair is a fine, efficient and flexible transmission element. In addition to selecting high-precision screws, nuts and balls, attention should be paid to the selection of bearings with high axial rigidity, small friction torque and high working accuracy. In the past, ball screw support used bidirectional thrust angular touch ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, combined needle and thrust roller bearings, deep groove ball bearings and thrust ball bearings. At present, the most popular single-row thrust angle touch ball bearing with 60° touch angle is used for ball screw support, and the accuracy grade of INA bearing is mainly P4 and above. The tumbling bearing installed on the general transmission shaft of the tufting machine has the same requirements and selection as general mechanical transmission bearings. It only needs to meet the requirements of strength and life, and the speed does not exceed the specified limit speed of the bearing. Under normal circumstances, the machine tool bearings we refer to are the machine tool spindle bearings and ball screw bearings of the tufting machine, and the fine machine tool bearings refer to the spindle bearings and screw bearings with an accuracy of P5 and above.
